Dancing Beneath the Harvest Moon
By Kathy Lou Waskett

1.Flipping through old yearbooks
Your memory lingers on.
We had a love as sweet as a song.
Who would have known we would be where we are.
When you wore my class ring and I was your star.

(Chorus)
The moon had a charm when I held you in my arms.
We danced on the shore till dawn.
We kissed that autumn night
and held each other tight.
Playing tunes under the harvest moon.

2.After graduation I went to college
and you found a love of your own.
I found you on line and wondered
how you were doing.
If you were alone and on your own.

(Chorus)

3. I went to my 30th high school reunion to
catch up with high school friends.
I saw your face and knew in a moment
my love for you would never end.

(Chorus)
